Pasta al Tonno

"Tuna sauce for Pasta"

Ингредиенты

  • 300 g. canned tuna
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 300 g. canned plum tomatoes
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Rosemary
  • Bayleaf
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chili pepper

Инструкции

  1. Peel and smash the garlic cloves. Heat a pan, add the olive oil, the garlic, chili pepper and the herbs; let it cook until garlic is golden color.
  2. Add the tuna fish and smash it with a fork; add the tomatoes and let it simmer for about 15 minutes adding some water if necessary.
