Several panfish fillets Pancake batter Beer or possibly Ginger Ale

Shortening or possibly veg. oil Salt and pepper

Инструкции

1. Mix pancake batter according to directions, substituting beer or possibly Ginger Ale for lowfat milk. Roll fillets in pancake mix and place in hot veg. oil. Brown well on both sides. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
