Ингредиенты

  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk, scalded
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. soft butter
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. minced citron
  • 1 teaspoon anise seed
  • 2 T nuts
  • Slivered almonds (optional)

Инструкции

  1. Mix all ingredients except fruit. Rise till double. Form 2 round balls. Place in cake pan. Rise till double. Pour minced fruit in center. Cover with dough. Let rise again and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min.
