- 3 cups sweet rice flour
- 1/2 cups of water
- 1 small coconut (grated)
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds (crushed)
Инструкции
- Bring 2 quarts water to a boil; keep it simmering.
- Combine rice flour and 1/2 cups of water and blend thoroughly.
- Shape dough into egg sized ovals and flatten with fingers.
- Drop each plaitaw balls in boiling water one at a time.
- Scoop out with clotted spoon as soon as they float.
- Drain.
- Roll in grated coconut then on sugar with sesame seeds.
- Place on a dish and serve.
