Рецепт Paella à Valenciana
If you're feeling like a Mediterranen native today or just because you have a whole chicken and a lot of seafood cluttering your refrigerator, you should try this Paella!

Ингредиенты
- 2 seafood bouillon cubes; 1 chicken; 250g pork; 1 red pepper; 1 green pepper; 150g chorizo; 300g shrimp; 150g mussels; 400g long-grain rice; 150g peas; 1 garlic clove; 1 onion; 4 tomatoes; 10cl olive oil; saffron, salt and pepper

- Cut the chicken and pork meat in small pieces. Cut the peppers in cubes and the chorizo in slices. Peel the raw shrimps.
- In a pan heat half of the oil and fry the chicken and the pork. Remove from heat and set aside. Do the same with the chorizo, shrimps and mussels.
- Use the same oil to sauté the onion, garlic, peppers, tomatoes and peas. Season with salt and pepper, cook for some minutes and set aside.
- Simmer 1,5l of water with the bouillon cubes. In other pan, pour the other half of the oil. Heat it and add the rice, stiring for some minutes. Add the saffron, seafood stock and cook. During the cook procedure (halfway through the cooking time) add the reserved ingredients.
- Adjust the seasoning, cover the pan, reduce the heat and cook untill its dry.
