- 2 lrg Green cucumbers
- 3 tsp Coarse Salt
- 1 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Mild vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 x Spring onion, chopped
- 3 tsp Sesame seeds, toasted & crushed
Инструкции
- Peel cucumbers thinly & cut across into thin slices. Place in a bowl & sprinkle with the salt and add in water. Soak for 15 min & drain off all liquid. Combine rest of ingredients, pour over cucumbers mixing well & serve chilled.
