Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. Brown rice, uncooked
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1 lb Asparagus, cut into 2" pcs
  • 1/2 lb Mushrooms, minced
  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 1/4 c. Cashews or possibly sunflower seeds
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 4 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • 1/4 c. Grated mozzarella cheese

Инструкции

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cook the rice, then mix with everything else except the cheese. Pour into a greased 8" by 8" baking pan, and sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake for 40 min.
