- 6 med Venison chops/steaks
- Â Â Salt and pepper -- to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Corn oil
- 1 med Onion -- minced
- 1/2 c. Water

- Salt and pepper meat to taste. Brown meat in fry pan with corn oil for 5 min each side. Remove meat from pan and place in roasting pot with onion and water. Cover and bake in oven at 350 F for 30 min. Remove from oven and drain juice. Cover meat completely with bar-b-que sauce and bake an additional 30 min at 350.
