- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Margarine
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 c. Coconut
- 1 c. Candy orange slices

- Dip some scissors in warm water. Cut candy up into small pcs. Let them fall on floured wax paper. Toss with small amount of flour when finished cuttin, so they do not stick together. Cream together the sugars and margarine. Fold in the Large eggs, lowfat milk and vanilla. Sift together the flour, baking pwdr, soda and salt. Add in to the creamed mix. Add in the coconut and orange slices. Cold dough in freezer till it's very stiff. Roll with hands into balls the size of walnuts. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2" apart and bake at 350 for 15-20 min.
- Makes about 5 dozen.
