- 4 x Thick pork chops, (1 inch)
- 1 dsh Salt and pepper
- 1/8 tsp Paprika
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. Grated orange peel
- 1 c. Orange juice
- 1 tsp Whole Cloves
- Â Â Warm Cooked Rice
Инструкции
- Sprinkle chops with salt, pepper and paprika. Brown chops on both sides; add in water to skillet. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 40-45 min, turning once. Combine sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon in medium pan; stir in orange rind, orange juice, and cloves. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till thick and bubbly. Serve chops over rice with sauce.
