Ингредиенты

3 lbs. wings 3 c. soy sauce 3 1/2 c. honey 2 T vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon five spice pwdr 1 teaspoon grated orange rind 2 cloves garlic crushed

Инструкции

1. Cut each chicken wing at joints to make three pcs, throw away tips. Place chicken wings in shallow glass or possibly plastic dish. Mix remaining ingredients, pour over chicken, cover and chill, let marinate at least 2 hrs turning occasionally. Bake in oven 375 degrees for 30 min and turn, cook 30 min more.
