- 1 (6 ounce) pkg. orange Jello, dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (3 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 (8 ounce) Rich's topping, whipped

- Dissolve gelatin in water in saucepan. Add in cream cheese and marshmallows. Stir over low heat till melted. Cool. Add in pineapple, carrots and mix in topping. Put in a bowl.
