Ингредиенты

  • 8 x Boneless skinned chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. Pareve margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 1 x Clove chopped garlic
  • 1 can Frzn orange juice
  • 2 c. Dry red wine
  • 1 x Red onion, (original recipe called for 2, but I think it's too much)
  • 1 x Green pepper, (original recipe called for 2, but I think it's too much)
  • 12 x Mushroom caps

Инструкции

  1. Put flour, salt and pepper in plastic bag. Dredge chicken breasts, one at a time, and saute/fry in 3T margaine and 1T oil till brown. Transfer to ovenproof dish and sprinkle with oregano and basil.
  2. Put orange juice, wine and chopped garlie in frying pan and simmer for several min, scraping brown bits from bottom of pan. Pour over chicken.
  3. Slice onion, green pepper and mushroom caps. Saute/fry in 1T butter and 1 Tablespoons oil. Sprinkle on chicken.
  4. Bake at 375 for 45-50 min. This reheats well.
