- 3 lb round steak, cut into 3/4in strips
- 1Â 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 pkt dry onion soup mix
- 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 lrg can tomatoes
- 1 tsp oregano

- Season steak with salt and pepper and place into Dutch oven. Sprinkle onion soup mix over top. Add in garlic, oregano, and tomatoes. Cover and 6cook over slow fire for 2 - 3 hrs till meat is tender.
