%20speedy%20part.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHave%20your%20eyedropper%20at%20the%20ready%20and%20take%20your%20chilled%20oil%20from%20the%20freezer.%20Start%20dropping%20the%20warm%20mixture%20one%20droplet%20at%20a%20time%20into%20the%20oil.%20The%20cold%20from%20the%20oil%20and%20its%20viscosity%20will%20help%20form%20the%20sphere,%20plus%20the%20height%20of%20the%20glass%20will%20give%20it%20time%20to%20cool%20before%20sinking%20to%20the%20bottom.%20Just%20keep%20drop-drop-dropping%20until%20your%20hand%20cramps%20up%20and%20you%20just%20pour%20the%20remainder%20onto%20a%20Silpat%20and%20chop%20up%20into%20shards%20because%20you%20don't%20want%20to%20keep%20eyedropping%20all%20that%20liquid%20one%20at%20a%20time.%20Yes,%20we%20did%20this.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENOTE:%20I%20asked%20Brock%20why%20he%20added%20the%20sugar%20--%20it's%20not%20just%20for%20additional%20flavoring,%20it's%20to%20help%20add%20weight%20to%20the%20mixture,%20so%20that%20it's%20heavier%20than%20the%20oil.%20He%20said%20if%20the%20mixture%20isn't%20heavier%20than%20the%20oil,%20it'll%20just%20spread%20out%20along%20the%20surface%20of%20the%20oil%20and%20make%20a%20slick%20on%20top.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20you're%20done%20eyedropping%20your%20spheres,%20use%20the%20strainer%20to%20separate%20them%20from%20the%20oil%20and%20rinse%20gently%20with%20water.%20The%20residual%20oil%20should%20keep%20them%20from%20sticking.%20Can%20make%20a%20few%20days%20in%20advance,%20just%20keep%20them%20chilled,%20covered%20with%20plastic%20wrap%20in%20a%20bowl.%20It's%20basically%20little%20blobs%20of%20Jello,%20so%20they'll%20keep%20for%20a%20few%20days%20in%20the%20fridge.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
