- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- 1 egg for filling, plus 2 or more for coating olives
- 2 pieces white bread, crust removed, torn into small crumbles
- extra virgin olive oil
- to coat the olives:
- flour
- eggs
- bread crumbs
