Ингредиенты

  • 3 med Sized yams, grated
  • 1/4 c. Cane syrup
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten slightly
  • 3/4 stk butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. Light cream

Инструкции

  1. Grate raw yams. Mix sugar, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, syrup, butter and light cream. Add in Large eggs; cream well. Mix in grated yams. Pour into a greased bread pan and bake in 375 degree oven about 45 minute.
