Ingredients: 2 c. sugar; 2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa; 1/4 c. all-purpose flour; 1/4 tsp salt; 2 c. lowfat milk; 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten; 1 Tbsp. vanilla; 4 c. light cream; 1 c. heavy cream

Ингредиенты

2 c. sugar
2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 c. lowfat milk
2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. vanilla
4 c. light cream
1 c. heavy cream

Инструкции

Combine sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt in medium saucepan. Stir in lowfat milk and Large eggs. Cook and stir till mix simmers. Remove from heat; blend in vanilla, light cream, and heavy cream. Chill. Freeze in ice cream freezer.
Makes 3 qts.
