1/4 c. All-purpose flour

1 tsp Baking pwdr
1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk

Combine first four ingredients, then add in Large eggs, buttermilk and cracklings stirring well. Heat a well greased cast-iron skillet in oven at 400 degress till very warm, about 3 min. Pour batter into warm skillet and bake at 400 for 35 min or possibly till golden. till very warm, about 3 min.
