Add a photochicken dip in the batter and coated with oats and crushed corn flakes and deep fry.

- 1. cut the chicken in to small pieces, wash well dry with cloth napkin.
- 2.crush corn flakes and oats together, add rosemary pwd.
- 3.make a batter with egg, refined flour and little water. add salt to taste.
- 4.dip the chicken pieces in batter.
- 5.heat the cooking oil. put the chicken pieces one by one, fry till golden brown in color.
- 6. serve with plain mayonnaise or garlic mayonnaise.(garlic saute in olive oil till lightly change color.let cool then add mayonnaise.)
