- 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 1 pkt Jello instant Vanilla pudding mix, 4 serving size
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1Â 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 3Â 1/2 c. Quick-cooking oats
- 1 c. Raisins

- Preheat oven to 375 F. Cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar and pudding mix. Add in Large eggs and beat well. Combine and add in flour and baking soda.
- Mix well. Stir in oatmeal and raisins (batter will be stiff). Bake on sprayed cookie sheet for 10-12 min.
- NOTES : Don't double - too much for mixer bowl.
