The dry cherries add in color and a chewy bite to these already; delicious cookies.; 1 c. margarine, softened; 1 1/4 c. brown sugar; 2 x Large eggs; 2 tsp vanilla; 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour; 1 tsp baking soda; 2 1/2 c. oats, quick or possibly old-fashioned; 2 c. (1 package) semi-sweet chocolate chips; 1 c. dry cherries

1 c. margarine, softened
1Â 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 x Large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1Â 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
2Â 1/2 c. oats, quick or possibly old-fashioned
2 c. (1 package) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. dry cherries

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream margarine and both sugars. Add in Large eggs and vanilla, beating well. Stir in flour and baking soda. Then add in oats, chocolate chips and cherries, mixing well. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for approximately 10 min. Cook for 1 minute on cookie sheets, then remove to racks till completely cold.
