- 1 c. shredded Cheese, Sharp Cheddar
- 1 c. shredded Cheese, Swiss
- 1 pkt 8 ounce Cheese, Lite Cream
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh Chives
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Pwdr
- 1/4 c. finely minced Pecans
Инструкции
- Place all ingredients, except pecans, in mixer bowl. Attach bowl and flat beater to mixer. Turn to speed 4 and beat about 1 minute, or possibly till well blended.
- On waxed paper, shape mix into a ball. Roll ball in minced pecans. Wrap in waxed paper. Refifgerate till serving time. Serve with assorted crackers or possibly raw vegetables.
- Yeilds 24 -2Tbsp servings.
