Ингредиенты
- 2 c. cubed tart apples
- 2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 2 c. halved seedless grapes
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/3 c. cool evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. nuts

- In a large bowl, combine apples, celery, grapes and marshmallows. In a chilled mixing bowl, beat lowfat milk till frothy. Add in sugar and vanilla. Beat in mayonnaise and peanut butter. Pour over apple mix and stir till coated. Cover and chill. Just before serving, stir in nuts.
