Ingredients: 1 c. Sugar; 1 c. Butter or possibly Margarine; 1 x Egg; 1/2 tsp Vanilla; 1/2 tsp Almond Extract; 2 c. AP flour; 1/2 c. Finely minced walnuts; Red and/or possibly green colored sugar

Ингредиенты

1 c. Sugar
1 c. Butter or possibly Margarine
1 x Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Almond Extract
2 c. AP flour
1/2 c. Finely minced walnuts
Â Â Red and/or possibly green colored sugar

Инструкции

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add in egg and extracts; beat till light and fluffy. Add in flour and nuts and beat till just moistened. Cover and refrigeratetill hard sufficient to handle. Shape into 1 inch balls; Place 2 inchs apart on a greased baking sheet. Flatten with a glass dipped in colored sugar. Bake at 350 till cookies are set.
