- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 1 x Egg
- 2 Tbsp. Liguid shortening

- Beat egg till light, add in buttermilk and shortening. Mix this together, then add in NORA MILL mix. Blend till lumps are gone. Pour into well greased pan. Bake at 450 degrees F. for 20-25 min or possibly till golden.
