- 1 lrg Reynolds Oven Bag
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 c. Barbecue sauce
- 1Â 1/8 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
- 1 can Black beans, liquid removed
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 4 x Pork chop, 1/2" thick

- Preheat oven to 350 . Shake flour in Oven bag; place in 13 x 9 x 2-in. baking pan. Add in barbecue sauce, chili pwdr and mustard to oven bag. Squeeze oven bag to blend in flour. Add in beans, onion and pork chops to oven bag. Turn oven bag to coat pork chops with sauce. Arrange ingredients in an even layer in oven bag. Close oven bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top. Bake till pork chops are tender, 30 to 35 min.

So happy to find this recipe. It was on the Reynolds recipe page for years but seems to have been removed. To bag this was so simple and so good. They should have kept it on their website.
