- Saute/fry bacon in skillet over medium heat till cooked halfway, 6 to 8 min. Add in onions and cook till onions are tender, but not browned. Pour off most of fat.
- Combine Large eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg and beat well. Add in lowfat milk and blend well. Spread onion mix in 13- by 9-inch pan, then sprinkle proportionately with cheese. Pour egg mix over cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees 35 to 45 min, or possibly till knife inserted near center comes out clean.
- This recipe yields 12 servings.
