- 1/2 c. Dates, minced
- 1/2 c. Raisins, minced
- 1 c. Walnuts, coarsely minced
- 1/4 c. Molasses
- 1 c. Peanut butter
- 1/4 c. Orange juice
- 1/2 c. Shredded coconut
Инструкции
- Combine dates, raisins & nuts in a medium sized bowl. Stir in the molasses.
- Add in peanut butter, stirring till well combined. Stir in 2 tb of the orange juice. Add in sufficient of the remaining orange juice to create a moist mix which can be formed into balls. Roll into 1/2" balls & roll each ball into the shredded coconut. Store in an airtight container out of direct sunlight. Let sit for at least 1 day before serving.
