3 lb White corn 2 Tbsp. Lime

3 quart Water

Инструкции

1. Place corn in kettle, add in water and lime and allow to boil for 2 hrs, or possibly till corn begins to peel.
2. Remove from fire and cold. Rub corn between the hands till skin and kernel separate, and rinse in cool water till white.
