Рецепт New Recipe: Broccoli and Cheddar Soup

My daughter loves broccoli.  It is her favorite food.  She wants to eat it for dinner every night.  I was trying to think of something new to make with it so I made her this Broccoli and Cheddar Soup.  She loved it and I hope you do 1/4 cup 1/2 onion, finely 1/4 3 cups 2 cups chicken 1 teaspoon Pinch 2 cups shredded 2 broccoli stalks, roasted (20 minutes at 400 Melt butter over medium heat in a large pot and add onion.  Saute until softened.  Sprinkle with flour and stir for 2 Whisk in milk, stock, salt and nutmeg.  Reduce heat to a simmer.  Whisk until smooth.  Add cheese 1/2 cup at a time.  Add broccoli and ladle into a bowl and garnish into a buttery crouton…
