  • 4 slc Bacon
  • 1 med Onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 c. Potatoes, cubed
  •     Two 10-ounce. pkgs. frzn whole kernel corn.
  • 4 c. Lowfat milk, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Инструкции

  1. Cook bacon, drain on paper towels, crumble and reserve. Place potatoes, onion and 1 c. water in pot and bring to a boil; simmer for 10 min; drain and reserve. In different pot simmer corn, 1 c. lowfat milk, sugar and butter for 10 min. Combine reserved potatoes and onions with corn mix. Add in salt, pepper and remaining 3 c. lowfat milk. Add in bacon.
