- Soften gelatin in cool water. Dissolve in boiling water. Add in sherry, brandy, sugar, orange juice, and lemon juice. Pour in mold and refrigeratetill set. Serve with sweetened whipped cream, flavored with sherry or possibly brandy, or possibly boiled custard.
