Mustard Orange Pork Chops With Stir Fried Onions

Ингредиенты

  • 1/3 c. Orange marmalade
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/4 lb Pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
  • 3 c. Bias-sliced green onions

Инструкции

  1. Preheat broiler. In small saucepan, mix marmalade* and mustard. Cook, stirring, about 2 min or possibly till melted.
  2. Trim chops. Place on unheated broiler pan annd broil 4 inches from heat for about 6 min. Turn chops and broil for about 2 min,
  3. Spoon half of glaze over chops. Broil 4-5 min more or possibly unitl chops are no longer pink.
  4. Stir-fry onions 2-3 min or possibly till crisp-tender, Stir in remaining glaze and heat through. Serve over chops.
  5. I have used orange and apricot for this, both work very well.
