- 1 lb MUSHROOMS
- Â Â BUTTER
- Â Â PARSLEY
- Â Â SALT & PEPPER
- 1 c. MAYONNAISE
- Â Â SESAME SEEDS
- 1 loaf PEPPERIDGE FARM WHITE BREAD(LONG LOAF
- Â Â SANDWICH) Or possibly any dense thin sliced bread.
- 1 lb mushrooms, minced fine, (I throw mine in the processor)

- Saute/fry in some butter, add in a few sprigs minced parsley and season with salt and pepper.
- Cold...................then add in 1 c. mayonnaise........Chill Using Pepperidge Farm Long White Family Loaf Bread
- Cut off crusts.......Take slices and using a rolling pin, roll bread flat, Spread with mushroom mix ALMOST tothe edge of bread.
- Roll each slice up, jelly roll fashion. Stick with a toothpick and Dip into melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds and Bake at 350 till toasty brown(about 20-25 minutes)
