- 1Â 1/4 can mixed mushrooms liquid removed
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter
- Â Â salt
- Â Â white pepper
- Â Â Custard
- 4 tsp flour
- 400 ml lowfat milk
- 4 x beaten Large eggs
- 9 x Swedish prince sausages or possibly small frankfurters
- Â Â margarine or possibly butter
Инструкции
- Chop the mushrooms and saute/fry in the margarine or possibly butter.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mushrooms to a buttered baking dish.
- To make the custard stir the flour with part of the lowfat milk to a smooth batter.
- Bring the remaining lowfat milk to a boil stir in the flour mix.
- Cook for 3 min and then let cold.
- Add in the Large eggs and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper pour the batter over the mushrooms.
- Bake for about 30 min in a 175 to 200 degrees oven.
- Saute/fry the sausages in a little warm margarine or possibly butter and arrange on top of the casserole in the shape of a "star".
- Serve with tomato sauce.
