- Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in flour. Beat egg and sugar, add in shortening; cream. Add in creamed mix to flour mix. Do not knead, spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake 15 to 20 min in a 400-degree oven.
- Dough keeps one week.
