- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1 c. Vegetable or possibly chicken broth
- 1 pkt Mr. Turkey Smoked Sausage, cut into 1/4" slices (16oz)
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 4 c. Assorted cut-up fresh vegetables
- 3Â 1/3 c. Warm cooked rice
Инструкции
- In small bowl, combine cornstarch, brown sugar, soy sauce and ginger.
- Gradually blend in broth till mix is smooth; set aside. Coat large, non-stick skillet with vegetable spray. Brown sausage; remove.
- Add in oil and vegetables to skillet. Cook, stirring 3-5 min or possibly till vegetables are crisp-tender. Add in sausage and broth mix.
- Cook, stirring till sauce thickens. Serve over warm rice.
- Makes 5servings.
