- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 lg. lemon instant pudding
- 3/4 c. Mazola oil
- 4 large eggs
- 10 ounce Mountain Dew
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 heaping T self rising flour

- Mix above ingredients and bake in sheet cake pan at 325 degrees for 40 min.
- Mix well, cook till thick, and add in 1/2 can coconut. Spread on cooled cake and sprinkle remaining coconut over cake.
