- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; cover and chill. Spread harissa over both sides of salmon; sprinkle with salt.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake for 20 min or possibly till the fish flakes easily with tested with a fork.
- Serve with mango salsa.
- NOTES : Harissa is a warm sauce made with chile peppers, garlic, cumin, coriander, and caraway. It's sold in Middle Eastern markets and specialty food shops.
- Serve with Casablanca couscous.
