The Monet’s Palate Cookbook by Aileen Bordman and Derek Fell lists recipes that are produced by Claude Monet’s magnificent vegetable gardens located at his home in Giverny, France. Monet was a man who had a passion for fine cuisine made with fresh ingredients.
