- Cut away the inedible stalk from the cauliflower or possibly broccoli. Then break them into pcs. Put in a pot with salted water and boil till they are very tender. Drain the cauliflower, and then put it into a bowl and mash it. (You should have about four c. of mashed cauliflower.) Then add salt and a dash of white pepper according to your taste.
- Add in the cheese and mash together with cauliflower. Then crack all the Large eggs in a separate bowl and beat them. Then add in the egg mix to the bowl with the mashed cauliflower and stir very well. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at about 190
