Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. Shortening
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. Sifted cake flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Plus 2 tbsp. lowfat milk

Инструкции

  1. Stir shortening to soften. Gradually add in sugar and cream thoroughly for 10 min with your mixer set on HIGH speed. Add in vanilla. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Sift flour with baking pwdr and salt; add in to creamed mix alternatley with lowfat milk, beating after each addition. Bake in 2 paper lined 9x1 1/2 inch round pans in a 375 degree oven for 20 min.
