- 2 c. Brown sugar
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 dsh Salt
- 7 x Heath candy bars, frzn
- 1/3 c. Minced nuts, optional
Инструкции
- In a large bowl blend brown sugar, flour, and butter with a pastry blender.
- Remove 1 c. and set aside for topping.
- Mix baking soda into buttermilk. Add in egg, vanilla, and salt, stirring to blend. Mix with original dry ingredients in bowl.
- Pour into 9" x 11" greased baking pan. Top with reseved c. of the flour-sugar mix. Finely crush the Heath bars (still frzn) sprinkle over the top of the cake. Add in nuts if you like.
- Bake at 350 f for 35 min.
