Name: Mom's Gooey Butter Cake
Ingredients: 1 pkt Yellow cake mix; 1 x Egg; 1 stk soft margarine or possibly butter; 8 ounce Cream cheese; 2 x Large eggs; 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla; 1 box powdered sugar

Ингредиенты

1 pkt Yellow cake mix
1 x Egg
1 stk soft margarine or possibly butter
8 ounce Cream cheese
2 x Large eggs
1Â 1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Инструкции

Mix the first 3 ingredients on low speed in mixer for approx. 1 minute. The mix should be crumbly. Pat into bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
Top with remaining ingredients. Mix the above 4 ingredients on high speed till smooth. Pour over top of above. Bake till brown on top.
Bakes at 350 degrees for 30-35 min.
