- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Generously grease four 6-oz custard c. with shortening and dust with bake mix. Place c. on a baking sheet.
- Heat butter and chocolate in a double boiler. Remove from heat; cold. Stir in bake mix. Transfer to a large bowl.
- With an electric mixer on high, beat Large eggs, egg yolks, sugar substitute and vanilla till almost hard peaks form, about 4 min.
