- I know this might sound weird to all of you but I always make moist stuffing (have to admit I do not like dry ones). Any ways this is the way we have been making it in my family since the dino days. First you toast your bread and then you let it soak in water for 5-10 minutes. Drain as much water out as possible and add in the rest of your ingredients. With us which's - one egg, sauteed onions and celery, then a generous supply of poultry seasoning.
- New friends who see me make it this way - really look strange at me - but once the eat it - well then they are converts.
