Ингредиенты

1/4 c. sugar
112 c. flour
1 x 112 c. water
3 x egg yolks
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 x 112 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1 dsh cayenne pepper
1 c. salad oil

Инструкции

Blend sugar, flour and water in saucepan. Boil FOR 1 minute. In blender, put egg yolks, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, dry mustard and cayenne pepper.
Blend well. Slowly add in warm mix and blend well, but don't over-blend.
Slowly add in salad oil and blend till smooth. Mix will be thick. Store in refrigerator. Use as you would mayonnaise.
