Ингредиенты

  • 2 lb Chicken Breasts Without Skin
  • 1 lrg Onion
  • 3 lrg Carrots
  • 2 stalk Celery
  • 4 ounce Cool Water
  • 4 lrg Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp White Pepper
  •     ... For Cooking Stock ...
  • 4 c. Water
  • 3 lrg Carrots
  • 3 lrg Onions
  • 3 stalk Celery
  • 1 tsp Honey
  •     Salt And Pepper

Инструкции

  1. Cut chicken in small pcs, process chicken onion carrots and celery in magimix (small amounts at time if necessary)
  2. add in remaining ingredients mix by hand or possibly processor, make about 20 balls - run hands under cool water to prevent sticking.
  3. In large pot put stock ingredients, bring to boil, reduce heat and add in balls - simmer gently for about 11/2 hrs.
