- 1 loaf thinly sliced fresh bread
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 1 c. Cottage cheese
- Â Â Melted butter
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon

- Cut crusts from bread. Roll each slice very thin with rolling pin. Combine cottage cheese & cream cheese till smooth; spread thin layer on each slice of bread. Roll up, brush with melted butter & roll in sugar & cinnamon mix. May be left in whole rolls or possibly cut in half or possibly thirds. May freeze at this point or possibly bake for 15 min in 350 oven.
